"We present you the menu for Revival 2019, courtesy of Chefs Chloe Omlid and Kimberly Cohen. We have done our very best to bring a fresh organic seasonal menu that meets the needs of our attendees. Our meals this year are 100% gluten-free (GF), mostly vegetarian (V), with meat options. The main dishes are nightshade free (NF). Some recipes are subject to change as we work with the donations we receive from local farms. We operate with minimal storage, no official refrigerator, and a rustic outdoor kitchen. If for some reason the menu does not meet your needs, please plan accordingly. Bring your own equipment for keeping your food cold and cooking. ALSO PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN DISH, UTENSILS, AND DRINKING VESSEL!"
